About Mary Bellus

I got my start working in a design agency, focusing on print design. As an insatiable reader, I eagerly dove into the world of book design. I loved collaborating with our publishing clients to concept the latest titles, create compelling covers and interiors, and I got an invaluable education in proofreading marks and the printing process.

Over the years, I’ve broadened my creative horizons from print media and branding, to digital and web, to video, and even marketing content and social media management. I’ve also served as Project Manager for marketing and editorial projects, defining project goals, budgets, deliverables, timelines, and keeping projects on track day-to-day. Bringing the two sides of creative and execution together in one role has positioned me as more of a holistic creative, working through the conceptual and design phase, while executing projects on budget and on time.

Currently, I work out of my home in the country, with a view of the woods and the birds. In my free time, I hang out with my husband, Dan, devouring any board game we can find (Ticket to Ride, anyone?), enjoying the outdoors, or competing in pub trivia.
